From hangar floor to signed logbook
Snap the card
Take a photo of the work order or task card after the job is closed.
Check the fields
Date, registration, type, ATA chapter and task are filled in. You confirm or correct them.
Build the log
Entries are grouped in the layout used by the authority that issued your licence.
Export and stamp
Export a PDF with your signature and stamp on the left and Quality's on the right.
Made for licensed engineers
An experience log for B1, B2 and C licence holders. Not an OJT logbook, and no supervisor sign-off for every task.
Work card recognition
Point the camera at the card and JetTag finds the fields for you. On iPhone the text is read on the device itself. On Android a cloud recognition service is used, and the image is sent only for that purpose.
Evidence stays with you
The work card photo is saved to a folder on your own phone. JetTag does not upload or store it.
Your authority's format
Each competent authority has its own expectations. The export follows the one that issued your licence.
Licence and certificates
Keep your licence, EWIS, Human Factors and Fuel Tank Safety certificates in one profile.
Renewal reminders
Get a reminder before a recurrent training or certificate runs out.
Ready for Quality
A clean, printable log with space for both stamps, so Quality can verify it in one pass.
One price on iOS and Android

Policies and terms
Privacy policy
This policy explains how personal data is handled in the JetTag mobile app and on jettag.io. It applies to users in every country.
1. Who is responsible
The data controller is TAG Limited EOOD, UIC 206771344, 32 Washburn Str., Sofia, Bulgaria. Contact for all privacy matters: office@jettag.io. Personal data is processed under the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, including the Personal Data Protection Act (Закон за защита на личните данни), and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), which applies directly in Bulgaria.
2. Data we collect
- Account data: name, email address and password (stored only as a secure hash).
- Licence profile: licence category (for example B1, B2, C), licence number, issuing authority, and the expiry dates of certificates you add (EWIS, Human Factors, Fuel Tank Safety). Copies of certificates you upload are stored with your account.
- Logbook entries: dates, aircraft type and registration, ATA chapter, task description and remarks that you create or confirm.
- Signature and stamp images you add for your exported logbook.
- Subscription status: whether your subscription is active, received from Apple or Google. We never receive your payment card or bank details.
- Support messages you send us.
We do not collect your location, contacts, advertising identifiers or browsing history, and the app contains no advertising or third-party tracking.
3. Camera and work card photos
The app uses the camera only when you take a photo of a work card. The photo is saved to a folder on your own device and is not uploaded to or stored on our servers. On iOS, the text is recognised on the device. On Android, the image is sent to a cloud text-recognition service, used only to return the recognised text, and is not kept by us. Only the fields you confirm are saved to your logbook.
4. Why we use your data and the legal basis
- To create your account and provide the logbook service (performance of a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To send certificate renewal reminders you turn on (consent, Art. 6(1)(a)). You can turn them off at any time in the app.
- To answer support requests and keep the service secure (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)).
- To keep accounting records required by law (legal obligation, Art. 6(1)(c)).
We do not sell personal data, share it for advertising, or use it to build profiles. We make no automated decisions with legal effect about you.
5. Who receives data
We share data only with service providers that help us run JetTag and that are bound by data processing agreements: our cloud hosting and database provider, the cloud text-recognition service used on Android, and our email provider. Apple and Google process your subscription payments under their own privacy policies. We may disclose data if required by law. Where a provider is located outside the European Economic Area, transfers are protected by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
6. How long we keep data
We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, your account data, logbook entries and uploaded documents are permanently deleted within 30 days. Accounting records are kept for the periods required by the Bulgarian Accountancy Act and tax legislation. Support emails are kept for up to 2 years.
7. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest, and access is limited to the people who need it to run the service.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete and export your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. Write to office@jettag.io and we will reply within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (Комисия за защита на личните данни, 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd., Sofia 1592, cpdp.bg), and you may appeal to the competent Bulgarian court.
9. Children
JetTag is intended for licensed aviation professionals and is not directed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
10. Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the app or by email.
Delete your account
You can delete your JetTag account and all associated data at any time.
In the app
Open Profile → Settings → Delete account and confirm. Your account, logbook entries, certificates, signature and stamp images are deleted from our servers within 30 days. Work card photos are on your own device and are not affected.
Without the app
Email office@jettag.io from the address registered to your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We will confirm the deletion within 30 days.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings so you are not charged again.
Terms of use
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, including the Obligations and Contracts Act, the Electronic Commerce Act and the Consumer Protection Act. They are an agreement between you and TAG Limited EOOD, UIC 206771344, 32 Washburn Str., Sofia, Bulgaria (“we”), for the use of the JetTag app and website. By creating an account you accept them. If you download JetTag from the App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies; where these terms conflict with it, the Apple EULA prevails for iOS users.
1. What JetTag is
JetTag helps aircraft maintenance licence holders record their maintenance experience under EASA Part-66. It is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or approved by EASA or any national aviation authority. A record made in JetTag becomes valid only after you sign it, your organisation's Quality department verifies it and your competent authority accepts it.
2. Your responsibilities
- You must be at least 16 and give accurate information.
- You are responsible for checking every entry, including text recognised from photos, before you use it.
- You must have the right to photograph and record the work cards you use, in line with your employer's rules.
- You are responsible for keeping work card photos and other evidence on your own device.
- You keep your login details secure and do not misuse the service.
3. Subscriptions and payment
- JetTag is offered as an auto-renewing subscription. The price is shown in the app before you buy and may vary by country and currency.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current period stays active until it ends.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused part ends when you buy a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
4. Your content
Your logbook entries and documents belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service. You can export or delete them at any time.
5. Availability and changes
We work to keep JetTag available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update the app and these terms; we will notify you of significant changes in advance.
6. Liability
JetTag is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for incorrect entries, lost evidence stored on your device, or decisions made by any employer or authority. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
7. Ending the agreement
You can stop using JetTag and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
8. Right of withdrawal
Under the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act, consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content supplied immediately, you agree when buying that supply starts at once and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once supply has begun. Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google.
9. Applicable law and disputes
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Disputes are resolved by the competent Bulgarian court in Sofia. This does not deprive consumers of protection given by mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence, as required by Regulation (EC) No 593/2008. Consumers may also contact the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection (Комисия за защита на потребителите, kzp.bg) or use alternative dispute resolution through its conciliation committees.
10. Provider information
Under Art. 4 of the Bulgarian Electronic Commerce Act: TAG Limited EOOD (ТАГ Лимитед ЕООД), sole-owner limited liability company, registered in the Commercial Register at the Registry Agency of the Republic of Bulgaria under UIC 206771344. Seat and address of management: 32 Washburn Str., Sofia, Bulgaria. Email: office@jettag.io. Consumer protection supervisory authority: Commission for Consumer Protection, Sofia.
